DAKDEKKER - Branche Bouw - Locatie Drenthe, Groningen, Friesland en Overijssel - uren p/w 40 uur Voor een oprachtgever uit de regio Emmen zoeken wij per direct leergierige en gemotiveerde dakdekkers. Onze opdrachtgever is een professionele en innovatieve dakdekkersorganisatie met meer dan enthousiaste 40 vakmensen. Het is een betrouwbare organisatie die meedenkt met de wensen van de klant en proactief nadenkt over de beste oplossingen. Als (leerling) dakdekker ben je leergierig en staat zelfontplooiing op nummer 1, jij hebt de ambitie om je door te ontwikkelen tot voorman dakdekker en hebt verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel. Iedere dag denk jij weer proactief mee over de beste oplossing en zie jij het werk liggen, je bent collegiaal en helpt in het begin assisteren met de voorbereidende werkzaamheden samen met jouw collega. De werkzaamheden bestaan uit - Het slopen van daken, bijvoorbeeld dakleer - Het strak isoleren en zonder naden aanbrengen van het isolatiemateriaal en deze eventueel mechanisch bevestigen - Het aanbrengen van de onderlaag, deze is mechanisch bevestigd - Voorbereidende werkzaamheden voor de voorman - Bij technisch inzicht zal jij ook zelf de brander in jouw handen krijgen en het dakleer gaan branden, je krijgt de tijd om het vak te leren en goed vakmanschap te ontwikkelen; want kwaliteit staat voorop! - Je assisteert bij het plaatsen van de randveiligheid en het transporteren van de materialen op het dak. Wat wij van jou vragen - Je bent in het bezit van een VCA certificaat om bent bereid om deze te halen via ons - Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B en bij voorkeur eigen vervoer - Je hebt een proactieve en leergierige instelling want jij wilt jezelf natuurlijk ontwikkelen tot voorman dakdekker! - Je toont iedere dag inzet en draagt verantwoordelijkheid voor een goede afloop van de projecten samen met jouw collega's, want jij werkt naar een vast contract toe bij onze opdrachtgever Wat wij jou bieden - We...
