Als service monteur dakvensters stap je 's ochtends in Breukelen in de bus, samen met één of twee collega's. Jullie rijden naar klanten door heel Nederland om dakramen, lichtkoepels, lichtstraten en soms dakkapellen te plaatsen of te vervangen. Je werkt vooral op zolders en vanuit binnen, waar je meet, zaagt, de sparing maakt en alles netjes en waterdicht afwerkt volgens de VELUX- en Roto-richtlijnen. Je dekt de ruimte af, werkt zorgvuldig, ruimt na afloop op en laat de klant zien hoe alles werkt. Tussendoor zorg je dat je bus en gereedschap op orde blijven en heb je korte lijnen met kantoor en je collega-monteurs. Geen dag is hetzelfde: de ene dag één dakraam vervangen, de andere dag een complete zolderaanpak. Wat je gaat doen: - Dakramen, dakserres, lichtkoepels en lichtstraten monteren en vervangen bij particuliere klanten. - Inmeten, aftekenen en de sparing in het dak maken, inclusief waar nodig het aanpassen van balken. - Zolders verbouwen en soms dakkapellen plaatsen in samenwerking met een kraan en je collega's. - Ruimtes afdekken, na afloop netjes opruimen en de klant rustig uitleg geven over het nieuwe dakvenster. - Je montagebus, materiaal en gereedschap op orde houden en veilig werken met de juiste PBM's.
