Voor een toonaangevende klant in Antwerpen zijn we op zoek naar een Dangerous Goods Agent. Je staat in voor de volledige afhandeling van gevaarlijke goederen, zowel voor import als export. Je bent een interne raadgever voor alle gerelateerde zaken. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor autoriteiten, partners, vessel masters, terminals en interne stakeholders. Verder bestaat jouw takenpakket uit:

  • Opvolgen van de Dangerous Goods administratie en IMO-labels
  • Controleren van DGD’s en opvolgen van labeldiscrepanties
  • Adviseren van interne collega’s tijdens het boekingsproces
  • Aangeven van gevaarlijke goederen bij de bevoegde autoriteiten
  • Uitvoeren en opvolgen van hazmat inspecties
  • Opmaken van ontbrekende DG-manifesten
  • Coördineren van incidenten rond gevaarlijke goederen
  • Opvolgen van verlengd vertoef en ladingen op partnerschepen
  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor autoriteiten, partners, vessel masters, terminals en interne stakeholders

Wat vraagt de klant:

  • Je hebt een Bachelor in de Logistiek of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Je bent bij voorkeur in het bezit van IMDG en CODEX certificaten
  • Je houdt van variatie, geen enkele dag is hetzelfde
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en bouwt klantenrelaties op
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig & probleemoplossend en je kan prioriteiten stellen
  • Je hebt een zeer goede kennis Nederlands en Engels, basis kennis Frans en/of Duits is een pluspunt
  • Je bent een echte teamplayer
