Als HSE Data Analist help je BAM om een volgende stap te zetten in datagedreven veiligheid. Je brengt data uit verschillende systemen en onderdelen van de organisatie samen, verhoogt de kwaliteit van onze inzichten en helpt ons vooruit te kijken. Niet alleen door te rapporteren over wat er is gebeurd, maar juist door te ontdekken wat we kunnen leren van signalen en patronen. Je combineert analytisch vermogen met nieuwsgierigheid en weet jouw inzichten helder over te brengen. Zo maak jij van data een verhaal dat bijdraagt aan betere beslissingen en een veiligere werkomgeving.

Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: • Het verzamelen, structureren en analyseren van HSE-data uit verschillende systemen en bronnen, inclusief het bewaken en verbeteren van de datakwaliteit. • Het verbeteren en verder automatiseren van rapportages over veiligheidsprestaties en het continu verbeteren van processen, analyses en de inzet van data binnen HSE. • Het signaleren van trends, patronen en afwijkingen en deze vertalen naar concrete inzichten die bijdragen aan betere besluitvorming en verbetering. • Het onderzoeken en ontwikkelen van nieuwe inzichten door AI, innovatie, voorspellende analyses en het verbinden van verschillende databronnen en signalen binnen de organisatie. • Het samenwerken met diverse stakeholders om data- en informatiebehoeften scherp te krijgen en een gestructureerde, procesmatige manier van werken te stimuleren.

Je krijgt daarbij volop ruimte om te leren, te experimenteren en nieuwe technologieën toe te passen. Zo help jij BAM niet alleen beter te begrijpen hoe we vandaag presteren, maar ook te ontdekken hoe we morgen slimmer en veiliger kunnen werken.
