  • Platform & Datakwaliteit: Verantwoordelijkheid dragen voor het dataplatform en de datakwaliteit, wat de efficiëntie op verschillende data-afdelingen flink verhoogt.
  • Analyse & Oplossingen: Grondig analyseren van bedrijfsprocessen en milieudata om concrete technische oplossingen te formuleren voor het management.
  • Inzichten & Impact: Het voortouw nemen bij het omzetten van ruwe gegevens naar bruikbare inzichten, en in complexe datastructuren duiken om trends te ontdekken die rechtstreeks bijdragen aan schonere industriële processen.
  • Dashboarding: Ontwerpen en onderhouden van overzichtelijke Power BI-dashboards, zodat beslissingsnemers meteen weten waar ze aan toe zijn.
  • Samenwerking: Nauw samenwerken met IT, stakeholders en operationele teams om de datakwaliteit en -integriteit voortdurend te verbeteren.
  • Kennisdeling: Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor collega's bij complexe vraagstukken en ingewikkelde materie helder uitleggen.

Je bent iemand die:

  • In het bezit is van een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een relevant vakgebied (bijv. Data, IT, Engineering, Computer Science of vergelijkbaar).
  • Gedegen ervaring als Data Engineer of in een vergelijkbare datagerichte rol met moderne dataplatforms en integratietechnologieën heeft.
  • Uitstekende SQL-expertise heeft en ervaring met het ontwikkelen, optimaliseren en troubleshooten van complexe data-oplossingen.
  • Praktische ervaring heeft met Azure Data Platform-technologieën, Data Lakes, ETL/ELT-processen en datamodellering.
  • Goede kennis heeft van Power BI en/of Microsoft Fabric en de bijbehorende backend-principes voor schaalbare, goed presterende rapportage-omgevingen.
  • Grondig inzicht heeft in data-architectuurprincipes om robuuste, schaalbare en onderhoudbare oplossingen neer te zetten.
  • Sterke focus houdt op datakwaliteit, betrouwbaarheid en prestaties, met de drive om stabiele en efficiënte data-oplossingen op te leveren.
  • Een hands-on technische mentaliteit hebben om complexe problemen op te lossen in nauwe samenwerking met technische en niet-technische belanghebbenden.
  • Heldere communicatieve vaardigheden heeft en een effectieve samenwerking met collega's uit zowel de business als IT om impactvolle resultaten te behalen.
