Data & Informatieanalist SRQ201125 Den Haag en thuis 36 uur per week 10 maanden met optie tot verlenging € 104,00 max 12-10-2026 12-10-2026 08:00 Opdrachtgever: De directie Uitvoeringstaken Arbeidsvoorwaardenwetgeving (CAO) is verantwoordelijk voor de toetsing, maken van beleid en doen van onderzoek m.b.t. wetgeving op het gebied van arbeidsverhoudingen, in opdracht van de minister van Sociale Zaken en Werkgelegenheid. Denk aan beoordeling, onderzoek en beleidsadvisering m.b.t. cao's, AVV en pensioenen. Directie CAO bestaat uit drie afdelingen, nl. arbeidsjuristen (CAV), onderzoekers (COB) en IV deskundigen (FB/IV). Voor de communicatie en dienstverlening aan de bedrijven heeft CAO een eigen website, incl. geïntegreerd modern zaaksysteem. Processen kunnen door de afdeling FB/IV zelf worden gemaakt of aangepast. Veel cao's, pensioenen en andere stukken worden na goedkeuring openbaar op de website geplaatst. Archiefwet, AVG, Woo (o.a. actief openbaarmaking), toegankelijkheid van website & documenten en DUTO/MDTO zijn van groot belang. DUTO & MDTO zijn al enige tijd nieuwe standaarden van Rijk, waar de leverancier van het zaaksysteem en het Nationaal Archief mee werken. Archiefwet en DUTO/MDTO worden ook gebruikt ter voorbereiding van een eigen gegevensbank (DWH) t.b.v. vernieuwingsproject van de onderzoek systemen. Opdracht beschrijving: - Opdracht is om onderzoek/BI functionaliteiten te realiseren, voor CAO onderzoekers & wetenschappers en deze wordt op basis van het architectuurplan /de transitie-roadmap uitgevoerd. - Prioriteit is als eerste om een basis te leggen van een gegevensbank (t.b.v. cao gegevens) en daarna een tijdelijke voorziening te ontwikkelen & implementeren voor de contractloon be...
