Voka – Kamer van Koophandel West-Vlaanderen vzw heeft de ambitie om van West-Vlaanderen de regio te maken met de hoogste graad van ondernemerschap in West-Europa.Onder het motto ‘Samen ondernemen, samen groeien’ verdedigen, verbinden en versterken wij meer dan 3.300 West-Vlaamse ondernemingen om ze zo te laten groeien.

Om onze organisatie verder te versterken en onze werking nog meer data-driven te maken, zoeken wij voor onze hoofdzetel in Kortrijk een business analyst.

De uitdaging

Versterk Voka West-Vlaanderen door systemen en data optimaal te laten werken

Voka West-Vlaanderen draait op mensen maar ook op systemen die ons ondersteunen: van CRM tot de data en rapportering die onze werking dagelijks aansturen. Wanneer die systemen haperen of niet optimaal worden benut, voelt heel de organisatie dat.

Bij Voka West-Vlaanderen geloven we dat een sterke IT- en datawerking een hefboom is voor efficiëntie, klantgerichtheid en groei van onze eigen organisatie.

Daarom zoeken we een Data Support medewerker ons hierbij ondersteunt.

Waar zet jij jouw schouders onder?

Je bent het eerstelijns aanspreekpunt voor IT en applicaties

  • Je beantwoordt vragen over hardware, software en ons CRM-systeem.
  • Je lost incidenten op en ondersteunt bij IT-projecten.
  • Je bent de brug tussen de dagelijkse werking van de organisatie en onze IT-systemen.

Je beheert en optimaliseert ons CRM-systeem

  • Je ondersteunt het dagelijks gebruik van het CRM.
  • Je zet handige workflows op en bewaakt de datakwaliteit.

Je vertaalt data naar heldere inzichten

  • Je verwerkt gegevens tot duidelijke dashboards en rapporten in Power BI en Excel.
  • Je zorgt dat afdelingen kunnen bouwen op betrouwbare cijfers.

Je helpt onze processen slimmer en eenvoudiger maken

  • Je signaleert aandachtspunten en werkt mee aan efficiënte processen voor de verschillende afdelingen.
  • Je bent servicegericht en haalt oprecht energie uit het ondersteunen van collega’s bij hun dagelijkse IT- en datavragen.
  • Je hebt een vlot digitaal inzicht en werkt graag met CRM-systemen, Excel en Power BI.
  • Kennis van Microsoft 365 en Copilot is een meerwaarde.
  • Je hebt affiniteit met de dynamiek en complexiteit van een ledenorganisatie zoals Voka West-Vlaanderen.
  • Je kan technische zaken eenvoudig kan uitleggen aan niet-technische collega’s.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig maar functioneert even goed binnen een team.
