JACOPS NV zoekt een databeheerder artikelbestand die de kwaliteit en uniformiteit van ons artikelbeheer waarborgt. Je werkt binnen de aankoopafdeling en zorgt ervoor dat ons artikelbestand een betrouwbare, up-to-date en gebruiksvriendelijke basis vormt voor de volledige organisatie.

  • Beheren en actualiseren van het artikelbestand in het ERP-systeem
  • Waarborgen van uniforme en correcte artikeldata en -structuur
  • Snel en correct verwerken van aanvragen voor nieuwe artikelcreaties
  • Afstemmen met Business, Logistiek en BPM om het artikelbeheer te optimaliseren volgens operationele noden
  • Optimaliseren van datacommunicatie tussen ERP en WMS
  • Actualiseren van prijzen en leveranciersinformatie
  • Beheren van automatische artikelcreaties via OCI-koppelingen met leveranciers
  • Detecteren van dataproblemen en inconsistenties en voorstellen doen voor optimalisatie
  • Ondersteunen van verbeterprojecten rond datakwaliteit en artikelbeheer
  • Documenteren van procedures en meewerken aan implementaties van nieuwe tools of ERP-functionaliteiten
  • Bachelor- of gelijke ervaring met data- of artikelbeheer.
  • Nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en sterk in dataverwerking.
  • Ervaring met ERP-systemen en basiskennis van datacommunicatie (WMS, OCI) is een plus.
  • Analytisch en procesgericht met gevoel voor efficiëntie en gebruiksvriendelijkheid.
  • Communicatief sterk en teamgericht — je werkt nauw samen met verschillende afdelingen.
  • Kennis van Excel en algemene IT-vaardigheden.
  • Goede kennis van het Nederlands en een goede beheersing van het Frans is vereist
