Voor onze klant, een toonaangevende organisatie binnen de bouwsector, zijn we op zoek naar een Databeheerder.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Voor een klant regio Waregem zijn wij op zoek naar een databeheerder.

Binnen deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor volgende taken:

  • Het artikelbestand dagelijks beheren en actualiseren.
  • Nieuwe artikelen correct aanmaken in het systeem.
  • Productinformatie, prijzen, omschrijvingen, eenheden en andere kenmerken verwerken.
  • Bestaande gegevens controleren en waar nodig aanpassen.
  • Fouten, ontbrekende informatie en dubbele artikels opsporen.
  • Contact opnemen met leveranciers of interne afdelingen om gegevens te vervolledigen.
  • De kwaliteit, uniformiteit en consistentie van de data bewaken.
  • Samenwerken met aankoop, verkoop, logistiek en andere betrokken diensten.
  • Rapporten en overzichtslijsten opmaken wanneer nodig.
  • Meedenken over efficiëntere procedures en verbeteringen binnen het databeheer.
  • Administratieve ondersteuning bieden bij verschillende projecten en wijzigingen in het artikelbestand.

Wat is belangrijk voor deze job?

  • Een administratieve opleiding of relevante werkervaring vormt een goede basis.
  • Nauwkeurig werken is voor jou vanzelfsprekend.
  • Structuur en overzicht brengen in grote hoeveelheden informatie geeft je energie.
  • Met MS Office, en in het bijzonder Excel, kan je vlot werken.
  • Ervaring met een ERP-systeem, databank of artikelbeheer is mooi meegenomen.
  • Een analytische ingesteldheid helpt je om afwijkingen snel op te merken.
  • Zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband kom je goed tot je recht.
  • Nieuwe systemen en processen leer je snel kennen.
  • Heldere communicatie met collega’s en leveranciers vormt geen probleem.
  • Een proactieve houding en verantwoordelijkheidszin typeren jou.
  • Nederlands beheers je zeer goed. Kennis van het Frans of Engels is een pluspunt.
