De eerste basis hiervoor is gelegd door een kwartiermaker datamanagement. Op basis van de aanbevelingen die hieruit voortkwamen, is besloten om datamanagement structureel verder op te bouwen en door te ontwikkelen. Om dit verder vorm te geven, zijn wij op zoek naar een Datamanager. Wat ga je doen? Als Datamanager geef je richting aan de data- en governance-structuren binnen de organisatie. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor processen rondom datakwaliteit, metadata management en dataportfoliobeheer. Daarnaast adviseer je over de inrichting van de autorisatiematrix en formele data-leverovereenkomsten. Je levert een belangrijke bijdrage aan de datastrategie en de visie op informatievoorziening. Ook toets en begeleid je changeverzoeken en stuur je het data projectportfolio aan. Voor het MT en bestuur ben je een trusted advisor en daarnaast stem je af met twee andere woningcorporaties binnen ons samenwerkingsverband. In jouw rol werk je nauw samen met de Data-Analist en het BI-team. Daarnaast draag je bij aan beleidsvorming en de implementatie van gewijzigde wet- en regelgeving. Je coördineert audits, controleert of afgesproken controleactiviteiten zijn uitgevoerd en implementeert risicobeheersmaatregelen. Vanuit jouw rol als Datamanager speel je bovendien een belangrijke rol in het coördineren en optimaliseren van zowel primaire als ondersteunende processen binnen de organisatie.
