Je vertaalt de datamanagementvisie naar een concrete aanpak, brengt structuur in eigenaarschap en datakwaliteit en krijgt collega's mee in nieuwe werkwijzen. Daarmee leg je een stevig fundament voor betrouwbare dienstverlening, analytics, automatisering en AI binnen HR en Facility Management. Dit ga je doen - Je implementeert beleid, richtlijnen en procedures voor onder meer datakwaliteit, metadata, records management, privacy en veilig datagebruik. - Je coördineert de uitvoering van de strategie, bewaakt voortgang en resultaten en rapporteert hierover aan data-eigenaren en management. - Je ondersteunt en coacht data stewards en bouwt aan vakmanscha...
