Als DCS Engineer houd je het DCS-systeem PCS-BB beschikbaar en optimaliseer je de besturing van farmaceutische productieprocessen. Je werkt op de afdeling Digital Technology van een producent van actieve farmaceutische ingrediënten in Oss, met AVEVA System Platform en Foxboro I/A als technische basis. Functie-inhoud - Je vertaalt wijzigingsverzoeken samen met Chemical Engineers naar concrete, uitvoerbare oplossingen. - Je houdt bij wijzigingen rekening met GMP, procesveiligheid, betrouwbaarheid, standaardisatie en schaalbaarheid. - Je ondersteunt het testen, inregelen en kwalificeren van geautomatiseerde processen tijdens inbedrijfstellingen. - Je bewaakt de prestaties en beschikbaarheid van het DCS-systeem. - Je analyseert storingen in de DCS-omgeving. - Je adviseert over toekomstige investeringen in de volledige DCS-omgeving. Functie-eisen - Je hebt minimaal hbo-werk- en -denkniveau, bij voorkeur met een afgeronde opleiding Elektrotechniek, Industriële Automatisering of vergelijkbaar. - Je hebt minimaal vijf jaar ervaring als DCS Engineer in de procesindustrie. - Je hebt ervaring met AVEVA System Platform in combinatie met Foxboro I/A-software. - Je hebt ervaring met batchsystemen en Wonderware Historian.
