The posting

Bij een technisch dienstverlener in Amersfoort werk je aan procesbesturing en functionele veiligheid voor opdrachtgevers in olie en gas, food en duurzame energie. Als DCS / Safety Control Engineer ontwerp, vernieuw en implementeer je DCS- en Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS). Je vertaalt proceswensen naar besturingsoplossingen en beoordeelt hoe installaties veilig en betrouwbaar kunnen functioneren. Daarbij combineer je kennis van automatisering met aandacht voor de gevolgen van storingen en wijzigingen in het proces. In de dagelijkse praktijk overleg je met opdrachtgevers, werk je besturingsoplossingen uit en test je systemen voordat je ze in bedrijf stelt. Ook adviseer je over verbeteringen en train je gebruikers. Je voert opdrachten uit bij klanten, met een team van collega-engineers om kennis en ervaringen mee te delen. Via trainingen, opleidingen en verschillende projecten verdiep je je vakkennis, met ruimte om door te groeien naar lead engineer. Functie-inhoud - DCS- en SIS-oplossingen ontwerpen, vernieuwen en implementeren - Proceswensen van opdrachtgevers vertalen naar concrete besturingsoplossingen - Verbeteringen aan procesbesturing en veiligheid adviseren en doorvoeren - Besturings- en veiligheidssystemen testen en in bedrijf stellen - Gebruikers trainen in de bediening en werking van systemen - Technische keuzes afstemmen met opdrachtgevers en collega-engineers Functie-eisen - Een technische bachelor of master op hbo- of wo-niveau - Ervaring als engineer in complexe industriële automatiseringsomgevingen - Ervaring met minimaal twee DCS- en/of Safety-systemen, zoals ABB, Allen-Bradley, Emerson, Foxboro, Hima, Honeywell, Siemens of Yokogawa - Bij voorkeur een TÜV Functional Safety Engineer-certificaat - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en Engels - Een proactieve houding: je neemt initiatief en denkt vooruit Aanbod - Bruto maandsalaris tussen € 4.800 en € 6.200 (indicatie op basis van functie en ervaring) - Direct een vast contract, me.
