Voor een toonaangevende non-profitorganisatie zijn we op zoek naar een Debiteurenbeheerder / Medewerker Klantenboekhouding die het financiële team komt versterken.

Je komt terecht in een ervaren finance team waar samenwerking, kennisdeling en een aangename werksfeer centraal staan.

Je bent voornamelijk verantwoordelijk voor het debiteurenbeheer en zorgt ervoor dat openstaande klantenvorderingen correct worden opgevolgd.

Concreet sta je in voor:

  • Actieve opvolging van openstaande klantenfacturen.
  • Dagelijks telefonisch en schriftelijk contact met klanten.
  • Onderhandelen over passende betalingsafspraken.
  • Opvolgen van gemaakte afspraken en afbetalingsplannen.
  • Voorbereiden en opvolgen van het rappelproces.
  • Proactief overleg met de regionale collega's over complexe dossiers.
  • Opstellen van kwartaalrapporteringen en KPI-analyses rond openstaande klantenvorderingen.
  • Signaleren en uitwerken van procesverbeteringen.
  • Documenteren van gewijzigde procedures en delen van kennis binnen het team.
  • Verwerken van terugbetalingen aan klanten.
  • Opvolgen van de algemene mailbox van de klantenboekhouding.
  • Opmaken van bankattesten.

Daarnaast fungeer je als back-up voor de verwerking van de bankboekingen wanneer jouw collega afwezig is. Dit vertegenwoordigt ongeveer 20% van jouw takenpakket, terwijl 80% van jouw tijd gericht is op debiteurenbeheer.

Je bent communicatief sterk en voelt je comfortabel in veelvuldig klantencontact. Je weet op een diplomatische maar assertieve manier afspraken te maken en bent niet bang om moeilijke gesprekken aan te gaan.

Daarnaast beschik je over:

  • Een boekhoudkundige opleiding of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Een goede kennis van Microsoft Excel en Word.
  • Ervaring met Business Central is een pluspunt.
  • Een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands.
  • Een goede mondelinge en schriftelijke kennis van het Frans.
  • Kennis van het Engels is mooi meegenomen.
  • Een nauwkeurige en gestructureerde manier van werken.
  • Een sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en een oplossingsgerichte ingesteldheid.
  • Teamspirit en de motivatie om actief mee te denken over verbeteringen.
