  • Als Debiteurenbeheerder zorg je dagelijks voor de opvolging van openstaande facturen en een correcte afhandeling van klantdossiers.
  • Je beheert de debiteurenadministratie en volgt openstaande facturen proactief op.
  • Je neemt contact op met klanten over betalingsachterstanden en maakt duidelijke afspraken of betalingsregelingen.
  • Je analyseert debiteurenrisico’s, rapporteert je bevindingen aan de verantwoordelijke en stemt af met collega’s over de verdere opvolging van dossiers.
  • Je denkt mee over verbeteringen in de processen binnen het debiteurenbeheer.

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

  • Voor de functie van Debiteurenbeheerder zoeken we een kandidaat die aan de volgende voorwaarden voldoet.
  • Je beschikt over een bachelorwerk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in een financiële of administratieve richting, en hebt ervaring in debiteurenbeheer of in een gelijkaardige functie.
  • Je communiceert vlot en professioneel in het Nederlands, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. Kennis van het Frans is een pluspunt.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, georganiseerd en resultaatgericht, ook bij hogere werkdruk.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met MS Office en maakt je nieuwe systemen snel eigen.
