Voor onze klant te Vilvoorde zijn wij op zoek naar een Delivery Ambassador.

Als delivery ambassador speel je een cruciale rol in het leveren van een uitzonderlijke service aan de klanten en hun bestuurders.

Wat is het plan?

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het uitleveren van voertuigen aan de klanten. Als delivery ambassador sta je garant voor het leveren van een luxe-beleving. Niets is jou te veel en je staat erop dat iedere bestuurder vertrekt met niet alleen een goed gevoel maar ook al de informatie die nodig is om veilig de baan op te kunnen, met zijn/haar nieuwe voertuig.

Je zal ook car checks moeten uitvoeren om ervoor te zorgen dat de wagen in een showroomstaat is.

Je geeft de klant de nodige uitleg over het gebruik van het voertuig (functies, bedieningselementen, ...)

• Je hebt een diploma binnen de automotive; of gelijkwaardig door ervaring/interesse (autoverkoper, commerciële richting, …)

• Kennis van elektrische wagens is een plus;

• Je hebt een rijbewijs B

• Je houdt van menselijke contacten en bent klantvriendelijk in alle situaties;

• Je bent een echte teamspeler, you’ve got your team’s back!

• Je bent professioneel, communicatief en vlot in de omgang;

• Je bent super servicegericht en flexibiliteit wordt enorm geapprecieerd want planningen kunnen vaak wijzigen en dan moet er telkens een oplossing gevonden worden;

• Goede kennis van gesproken en geschreven Nederlands, Frans en Engels;
