Niet iemand die vooral lijstjes afvinkt, maar iemand die overzicht creëert, mensen verbindt en ervoor zorgt dat projecten soepel verlopen. Iemand die energie krijgt van structuur aanbrengen, processen verbeteren en een team helpt om iedere dag een beetje beter te worden. Wat ga je doen? Als Delivery Lead ben je verantwoordelijk voor de operationele aansturing van onze projecten en processen. Je bent de verbindende schakel tussen strategie, creatie, development en projectmanagement. Je bewaakt de voortgang, houdt overzicht over de capaciteit van het bureau en zorgt ervoor dat projecten voorspelbaar, kwalitatief en binnen planning worden opgeleverd. Je werkt nauw samen met de directie, de Creative Director en de Experience & Innovation Director. Waar zij zich richten op inhoud, strategie en kwaliteit, zorg jij ervoor dat de organisatie blijft draaien. Je bent daarnaast een coach voor het projectmanagementteam en helpt collega's groeien in eigenaarschap, samenwerken en procesmatig werken. Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor - het bewaken van de planning, capaciteit en projectvoortgang; - het continu verbeteren van onze projectprocessen en werkwijzen; - het signaleren van risico's en knelpunten voordat ze problemen worden; - het creëren van rust, overzicht en voorspelbaarheid binnen het bureau; - het begeleiden en coachen van projectmanagers; - het bewaken van kwaliteit, budgetten en deadlines; - het stimuleren van eigenaarschap en sam...
