To strengthen our Delivery & Technical Sales team, we are looking for a motivated Delivery Specialist & Project Leader to join our Madrid office.

Your Role

You will work closely with customers to understand business and technical requirements, implement software solutions, and ensure successful project delivery. You will act as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle, supporting customers in achieving their integration objectives while ensuring high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities Analyze and document customer requirements and use cases. Implement and configure Primeur and IBM integration solutions. Install, deploy, and maintain software environments according to project plans and quality standards. Troubleshoot and resolve configuration, integration, and implementation issues. Collaborate with customers, partners, and internal teams throughout project execution. Support continuous product improvement by sharing customer feedback and market insights. Promote best practices and help customers maximize the value of deployed solutions. Coordinate project activities, ensuring deadlines and objectives are achieved. Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in software implementation, technical consulting, project delivery, or similar roles. Fluent English, both written and spoken. Good knowledge of Unix/Linux systems, scripting, troubleshooting, system administration, and monitoring. Understanding of networking concepts, including IP addressing, routing, ports, and firewalls. Experience with one or more of the following t.
