Wat houdt de job in?

  • Inschatten en vooruitdenken over benodigde materialen en grondstoffen op basis van verwachte productiebehoeften en bestellingen
  • Opstellen en nauwgezet opvolgen van planningen voor verpakkingsmaterialen en overige benodigdheden om een onderbrekingsvrije productie te garanderen
  • Operationele aankoop van grondstoffen en verpakkingsmaterialen opvolgen, inclusief het ondersteunen van de aankoopmanager met cijfermatige analyses
  • Verzamelen, analyseren en interpreteren van aankoop- en planningsgegevens om concrete voorstellen en efficiëntieverbeteringen uit te werken
  • Zelfstandig communiceren en onderhandelen wanneer nodig, waarbij de aankoopmanager eindverantwoordelijk blijft voor de belangrijkste commerciële onderhandelingen
  • Relevante ervaring binnen planning is vereist en weegt zwaarder door dan aankoopervaring (aankooptaken kunnen intern worden aangeleerd)
  • Een goede kennis van de Nederlandse taal is vereist, terwijl een basis in het Frans geldt als een mooie plus
  • Ervaring met ERP-systemen, en specifiek met Reflex, is een belangrijk pluspunt voor deze rol
  • Sterke analytische en cijfermatige vaardigheden gecombineerd met een nauwkeurige, gestructureerde en zelfstandige werkhouding
