Design Engineer PaperFoam B.V. verified Initiatiefnemer van Barneveld Werkt PaperFoam B.V. is op zoek naar een Design Engineer - Fulltime - HBO - € 2700 - € 3400 per maand Wat ga je doen? Als Designer werk je mee aan het vormgeven van nieuwe producten, van eerste concept schetsen, het uitwerken van het CAD design tot aan het begeleiden van de opstart van een nieuwe matrijs in productie. Je bent in de rol van Designer verantwoordelijk voor het opleveren van een kwalitatief goed product design. Je denk actief mee aan het optimaal functioneren van onze matrijzen en waar nodig bespreek je met de klant de details ten aanzien van het verpakkingsontwerp. Is jouw ontwerp eenmaal in productie, dan blijf je het functioneren in de gaten houden. Wie weet is er verdere verbetering mogelijk! Binnen het ontwerpteam van de afdeling Design & Molds opereer je zelfstandig, maar werk je ook nauw samen met collega designers. Bijvoorbeeld in de wekelijkse standup meetings. Ook werk je samen met de afdelingen Sales, Projectmanagement en collega's van onze Werkplaats waar jouw getekende matrijs wordt getest. De functie van designer vraagt creativiteit, precisie en oog voor techniek. Ook een praktische opstelling is welkom met als doel het leveren van een waardevolle bijdrage aan de organisatie. Wat vragen wij? - Je hebt een afgeronde HBO opleiding, bij voorkeur in de richting industrieel ontwerpen en/of werktuigbouwkunde en bent bij voorkeur al enige tijd aan de slag als Designer; - Je hebt ervaring in het werken met 3D CAD-software (Solidworks); - Ervaring met werken met het project-programma Asana is een pré; - Je hebt affiniteit met techniek; - Je communiceert helder en makkelijk, zowel in het Engels als in het Nederlands, in woord en geschrift; - Je bent creatief en daarnaast ook gewend gestructureerd en georganiseerd te werken; - Je krijgt er energie van om een aantal keer per jaar naar onze klanten te reizen.
