Je combineert het zelf realiseren van websites en webshops met het leidinggeven aan het team van webdesigners en Bricks / specialisten. Daarnaast ben je de aanjager van innovatie op gebied van realisatie: jij zorgt dat we sneller, pro-actiever en slimmer gaan bouwen, onder andere door de mogelijkheden van AI te integreren in het bouwproces. Dit ga je doen - Je stuurt het Design & Realisatie-team aan op kwaliteit, planning en persoonlijke ontwikkeling. - Als meewerkend voorman of -vrouw realiseer je zelf websites (Elementor/Bricks) en webshops (WooCommerce) voor onze klanten. - Je houdt bestaande websites van klanten up-to-date en zorgt voor doorlopend onderhoud (updates, techniek, kleine aanpassingen). Je pakt uitbreidingen van bestaande sites op wanneer een klant nieuwe functionaliteit of pagina's nodig heeft. - Je bent inhoudelijk sparringpartner voor externe partners en developers waarmee we samenwerken. Je bent in staat om over de inhoud met hen in gesprek te gaan. - Je bent in staat om te bepalen wanneer er rondom realisatie maatwerk development nodig is en wanneer bouwen in de builder volstaat. - Je verkent nieuwe manieren van werken en bouwen, waaronder een AI-driven manier van bouwen (met bijv. Claude of Cursor) en je zorgt dat het team daar in de praktijk mee aan de slag gaat. - Je bewaakt de voortgang en kwaliteit van bouwprojecten en signaleert tijdig als iets vastloopt. - Je bent het technische aanspreekpunt richting account strategen, collega's en klanten over mogelijkheden, planning en oplossingen.
