TinTin Design GmbH ist ein exklusives Einrichtungs- und Innenarchitekturstudio im Zentrum von Mödling. Seit 15 Jahren entwickeln wir für anspruchsvolle Kund*innen individuelle Beleuchtungs- und Einrichtungskonzepte, vom hochwertigen Privatbereich bis zum Objektgeschäft. Wir stehen... 1 Designberater*in mit Verkaufstalent für Voll- oder Teilzeit (mind. 32 WoStd.) Ihre Rolle - kurz gesagt Sie sind das organisatorische Rückgrat des Studios und das verlässliche Bindeglied zwischen Kund*innen, Projekten und Team. Sie halten der Geschäftsführung den Rücken frei und sorgen dafür, dass im Tagesgeschäft alles rundläuft.

Was Sie bei uns tun * Sie beraten unsere Kund*innen im Showroom mit Stilgefühl und Servicequalität, aufmerksam, nie aufdringlich. * Sie übersetzen Beratungsgespräche in konkrete Angebote: kalkulieren, erstellen Angebote und wickeln Bestellungen ab. * Sie koordinieren Liefertermine, behalten Reklamationen im Blick und sorgen dafür, dass nichts liegen bleibt. * Sie unterstützen die Geschäftsführung im Tagesgeschäft und schaffen ihr Freiraum für die Kundenbetreuung. * Sie arbeiten neue Kolleg*innen ein und sind eine verlässliche Ansprechpartnerin / ein verlässlicher Ansprechpartner im Team. * Sie denken mit, erkennen selbst, was zu tun ist, und handeln eigenständig, ohne auf Anweisungen zu warten.

Ihre Arbeitszeiten * Verteilt auf mehrere Arbeitstage pro Woche (nach Vereinbarung flexibel gestaltbar) * Der Samstag gehört als fester Verkaufstag dazu (09:30-13:30 Uhr). * Mindestens 3 Samstage pro Monat sind fixer Bestandteil der Position.

Das bringen Sie mit * Sie bringen Erfahrung aus dem Einrichtungshandel, einem Interior-Showroom oder einem vergleichbaren gehobenen Umfeld mit. * Sie haben eine Ausbildung oder fundiertes Wissen in Innenarchitektur, Raumgestaltung oder Design oder viel Praxis und ein sicheres Gespür für Materialien, Marken und Trends. * Sie sind kommunikationsstark und haben Freude am Umgang mit anspruchsvollem Klientel. * Sie arbeiten strukturiert, haben Hausverstand und setzen Prioritäten realistisch. * Sie sind verlässlich, teamorientiert und möchten gemeinsam etwas aufbauen.

So sind Sie eher nicht * Sie suchen keine reine Verkaufsstelle mit schneller Frequenz, sondern echte Beratung und Verantwortung. * Sie warten nicht auf Anweisungen, sondern übernehmen gern selbst das Steuer.
