Iemand die zelfstandig richting geeft aan een ontwerp en het leuk vindt om samen met anderen iets beter, scherper of verrassender te maken? Bij Silo werk je aan projecten waar strategie, design en beleving samenkomen. Je werkt op het snijvlak van graphic design, spatial design, branding en wayfinding. Van branded environments en publieke gebouwen tot musea, werkplekken en omgevingen in de zorg en hospitality. De rol Als senior designer bij Silo neem je de creatieve lead binnen projecten. Je ontwikkelt concepten en creatieve richtingen, maakt zelfstandig ontwerpkeuzes en zorgt dat een project inhoudelijk en visueel de juiste richting opgaat. Je bent een ervaren ontwerper die initiatief neemt en ideeën niet alleen bedenkt, maar ook verder brengt. Je durft een richting te kiezen, krijgt anderen daarin mee en blijft nieuwsgierig naar hoe iets nog sterker, slimmer of verrassender kan. Je weet een concept helder neer te zetten, feedback te vertalen naar concrete ontwerpkeuzes en een ontwerptraject van concept tot uitwerking te begeleiden. Je werkt nauw samen met onze creative director, strateeg, designers en projectmanager. Je helpt om de kwaliteit en creatieve richting binnen projecten te bewaken en geeft waar nodig richting en feedback aan andere designers. Ruimtelijk denken is een belangrijk onderdeel van de rol. Je hoeft geen architect of technisch tekenaar te zijn, maar je vindt het interessant om ideeën ook ruimtelijk te onderzoeken en te visualiseren.
