Desk Accountmanager VvE Verzekeringen | Amsterdam| 24-40 uur | €2.800,- - €5.500,- In het kort Als Desk Accountmanager VvE ben jij hét aanspreekpunt voor VvE-beheerders en -besturen op het gebied van VvE-verzekeringen. Je adviseert, begeleidt en ontzorgt bij alles rondom het verzekeren van vastgoed binnen VvE's, van opstal- en aansprakelijkheidsverzekeringen tot aanvullende dekkingen. Je bouwt aan duurzame relaties, bewaakt lopende trajecten en zorgt dat alles achter de schermen soepel en zorgvuldig verloopt. Geen buitendienstrol, maar wél maximale impact: jij staat voor kwaliteit, snelheid en klanttevredenheid binnen de VvE-portefeuille. Wat ga je doen? - Je beheert en onderhoudt relaties met VvE-beheerders en VvE-besturen. - Je signaleert proactief kansen, risico's en klantbehoeften binnen VvE-verzekeringen. - Je zorgt voor een foutloze administratie en actuele VvE-dossiers. - Je stelt offertes op voor VvE-verzekeringen en begeleidt het volledige offertetraject. - Je verwerkt en controleert polissen, contracten en bijbehorende documentatie. - Je schakelt met collega's en verzekeraars over lopende dossiers en ontwikkelingen. - Je levert snelle, inhoudelijke en klantgerichte service richting VvE-klanten. Jij brengt mee: - HBO-werk- en denkniveau. - WFT Basis, Schade Particulier en Schade Zakelijk (of bereid te behalen) - Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring met klantcontact en commerciële processen. - Affiniteit met verzekeringen (provinciaal, beurs of volmacht). - Goede administratieve skills en foutloze communicatie Wie zijn wij? Wij opereren zelfstandig en onafhankelijk van verzekeringsmaatschappijen.
