Over Klap Rotterdam Klap is een professioneel advieskantoor op het gebied van pensioenen en verzekeringen (Schade, Inkomen en Zorg), volledig gericht op de zakelijke markt. Wij helpen ondernemers en organisaties met het waarborgen van hun bedrijfszekerheid en continuïteit. Ons kantoor in Rotterdam maakt onderdeel uit van een landelijke organisatie met meerdere vestigingen. Je komt te werken binnen een professioneel en betrokken team van circa 30 collega's, waar samenwerking en kwaliteit centraal staan. Samen zorgen wij ervoor dat klanten optimaal worden bediend; van advies tot beheer. De afgelopen jaren zijn we sterk gegroeid en die groei zet door. Daarom zoeken wij een nieuwe collega die energie krijgt van klantcontact, verantwoordelijkheid en samenwerken binnen een professioneel, maar informeel team. Wat ga je doen? Als Desk Accountmanager ben jij een belangrijke schakel tussen klant, adviseur en verzekeraar. Jij zorgt dat alles soepel verloopt; zowel inhoudelijk als administratief. - Je beheert een bestaande zakelijke portefeuille op het gebied van schadeverzekeringen - Je hebt dagelijks contact met klanten via telefoon en e-mail (en af en toe op locatie) - Je adviseert klanten en denkt proactief mee over passende oplossingen - Je begeleidt schadeclaims - Je onderhoudt contact met verzekeraars en andere externe partijen - Je ondersteunt adviseurs en zorgt dat dossiers volledig en up-to-date zijn Wat breng jij mee? - MBO+/HBO werk- en denkniveau - In bezit van het diploma WFT Schade...
