Desk Accountmanager Zorg & Inkomen bij Aon beheer je jouw eigen B2B-klantenportefeuille en adviseer je multinationals over inkomensverzekeringen, zorgcontracten en andere verzekeringsoplossingen. Je werkt samen met internationale collega's in een professionele salesorganisatie. Je krijgt een salaris tot €4.800 bruto per maand, 19,21% flexibel budget, een premievrij pensioen en volop ruimte voor ontwikkeling en doorgroei. Je beheert een eigen B2B-klantenportefeuille en bouwt duurzame klantrelaties op. Je kijkt verder dan de vraag van vandaag, begrijpt wat er bij klanten speelt en signaleert commerciële kansen. Heb je een goed idee om een klantproces slimmer of beter te maken? Dan krijg je de ruimte om dit zelf op te pakken. Wat breng je mee? Je hebt ervaring met B2B-klanten en krijgt energie van het onderhouden en uitbouwen van klantrelaties. Je bent inhoudelijk sterk, commercieel alert en vindt het interessant om steeds complexere klantvraagstukken op te pakken. Daarnaast heb je: - Minimaal 3 jaar werkervaring binnen de zorg- en inkomensbranche; - Ervaring met B2B-business en het beheren van een eigen klantenportefeuille; - De vereiste Wft-diploma's: Wft Basis, Wft Schade Zakelijk en Wft Inkomen; - Een uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal; - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om klantbehoeften goed te begrijpen; - Een proactieve en resultaatgerichte werkhouding; - Interesse in commerciële ontwikkeling en steeds strategischere klantgesprekken.
