De wereld van Buitenschoolse Opvang en Activiteiten (BOA) is volop in beweging.

Nieuwe regelgeving, beleidskeuzes en samenwerkingen zorgen voor heel wat uitdagingen én kansen.

Daarom zoeken we een deskundige BOA die complexe informatie weet te ontwarren, structuur brengt in beleidsmatige dossiers en mee bouwt aan een duidelijk kader voor de toekomst.

Je komt terecht in een klein en warm team binnen de dienst Onderwijs en Buurtwerking. Samen zorgen jullie ervoor dat kinderen en gezinnen in Grimbergen kunnen rekenen op een kwaliteitsvol, toegankelijk en duurzaam buitenschools aanbod.

Takenpakket

  • Je helpt het lokale BOA-beleid verder uitbouwen en voorbereiden.
  • Je brengt structuur in complexe beleidsdossiers en vertaalt regelgeving naar een duidelijke en werkbare aanpak voor Grimbergen.
  • Je volgt ontwikkelingen binnen het BOA-decreet op en zet deze om in concrete acties.
  • Je brengt scholen, opvanginitiatieven, verenigingen en andere partners samen en bouwt samenwerkingen uit.
  • Je detecteert noden en uitdagingen bij kinderen, gezinnen en scholen en werkt mee aan oplossingen.
  • Je volgt budgetten, subsidies en rapporteringen op.
  • Je verzamelt en analyseert gegevens om beleidskeuzes te onderbouwen.
  • Je ondersteunt initiatieven rond inclusie, gelijke kansen en taalstimulering.
  • Je werkt mee aan een kwalitatief, toegankelijk en duurzaam aanbod van buitenschoolse opvang en activiteiten.

  • neem je initiatief en ga je oplossingsgericht aan de slag;
  • werk je graag zelfstandig, maar voel je je ook thuis in een klein en warm team.

Toelatingsvoorwaarden

  • Je bent in het bezit van een bachelor diploma.
  • Je hebt een wettig verblijf in België en een algemene toegang tot de Belgische arbeidsmarkt.
  • Je beschikt over een goede kennis van het Nederlands (minstens niveau C1 voor lezen en luisteren en niveau B2 voor spreken en schrijven).
