Je verkoopt een oplossing waar mensen iedere maand de voordelen van terugzien. Dat maakt jouw verhaal een stuk sterker aan de deur. En hoe zit het met je inkomen? Dat bepaal jij. Geen vast salaris. Geen bonusplafond. Geen manager die bepaalt wat jij waard bent. Je werkt volledig op commissiebasis. Hoe beter jij presteert, hoe meer je verdient. Met ongeveer 11 sales per maand kun je al richting de €7.000 commissie verdienen. En dat is nog maar het begin! Je gaat zelfstandig op pad en helpt potentiële klanten met het verduurzamen van hun woning. Je bekijkt samen welke isolatie het beste past, geeft advies en begeleidt de klant van het eerste gesprek tot de uiteindelijke opdracht.
