De IT-dienstverlening wordt verzorgd door Information Services (IS). Deze afdeling ondersteunt alle onderdelen van TNO - van onderzoek en bedrijfsvoering tot de samenwerking met externe partners - met een toekomstbestendig en snel veranderend digitaal landschap. Functieomschrijving In deze opdracht werk je als technisch expert en ondersteun je het Identity & Access Management (IAM) team, waarbij de focus ligt op Microsoft EntraID- en Active Directory (AD)-beheer. Het doel van de functie is het draaiend houden, optimaliseren en beveiligen van deze ICT-systemen. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het plannen (zoals Life Cycle Management), monitoren, auditen en onderhouden van de infrastructuur. Daarnaast review je solution architecturen op haalbaarheid, voeg je nieuwe componenten toe, implementeer je oplossingen en houd je documentatie zoals hersteldraaiboeken actueel. Je doet dit alles in nauwe samenwerking met je team volgens de Agile-methodiek. Wat ga je doen? Als technisch expert voer je de volgende werkzaamheden uit op je technisch vakgebied: - Voorstellen en uitvoeren van verbeteringen aan ICT systemen - Plannen van verbeteringen aan ICT systemen zoals Life Cycle Management (LCM) - Controleren van ICT systemen door middel van monitoring en audits - Het uitvoeren van onderhoud aan ICT systemen - Kennisnemen van de architectuur, security, organisatie en product strategie - Het reviewen van solution architectuur op maakbaar...
