Missions

En tant que diététicien à la Cité de l’Espoir, vous jouez un rôle clé dans l’accompagnement des personnes en situation de handicap. Vous êtes là pour piloter la gestion alimentaire au sein de notre établissement. Ce poste allie coordination, expertise nutritionnelle et travail en équipe pluridisciplinaire. Vous êtes à l’écoute des besoins, capacités et attentes des personnes que vous accompagnez pour définir des objectifs personnalisés. Vous collaborerez avec la responsable de cuisine, les éducateurs, les soignants et les familles pour assurer une alimentation saine, équilibrée et respectueuse des besoins de chacun.

Votre quotidien s’articule autour de plusieurs missions diversifiées et enrichissantes:

Elaboration des menus

  • Elaborer des menus attractifs et équilibrés pour une collectivité, en fonction des saisons et des produits disponibles
  • Analyser les habitudes alimentaires et adapter l’alimentation du patient selon différents critères : les pathologies, les allergies, les goûts, la culture, le mode de vie…
  • Adapter les menus selon les différents régimes et pathologies des résidents
  • Elaborer des préparations enrichies et à textures modifiées, notamment dans le cas d’alimentation entérale et/ou parentérale
  • Élaborer les fiches techniques et les portions avec la responsable de la cuisine
  • Participer à la gestion des commandes alimentaires avec le service achats

Organisation des repas

  • Organiser la distribution des repas avec les cuisines et les équipes éducatives
  • Contrôler les portions et la qualité des repas servis
  • S’assurer que les repas sont donnés dans des conditions optimales de confort
  • Rendre des conseils diététiques personnalisés et accompagner les résidents

Suivi nutritionnel et prévention de la dénutrition

  • Travailler avec l’équipe interdisciplinaire pour proposer des régimes adaptés
  • Calculer les coordonnées en macro et micronutriments d’un patient
  • Adapter les repas de façon personnalisée en fonction de l’évolution des besoins
  • Veiller au respect des règles de conservation (FIFO, FEFO, DLC)
  • Réaliser une prescription alimentaire personnalisée si nécessaire
  • Vérifier les plateaux repas lors d’une chaine alimentaire et contrôler la qualité de celle-ci

Collaboration pluridisciplinaire

  • Participer aux réunions pluridisciplinaires sur l’alimentation
  • Assurer la bonne circulation de l’information entre cuisine, éducateurs, soignants
  • Former les professionnels impliqués dans l’alimentation des résidents
  • Utiliser des outils informatisés de suivi diététique (logiciel PEPS)
