Als Kok Diëtetiek & Voeding ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het bereiden, coördineren en bewaken van dieetmaaltijden binnen onze professionele productieomgeving. Jij zorgt ervoor dat iedere maaltijd veilig, correct én smaakvol wordt bereid en geleverd. Je werkt nauw samen met diëtisten, keukenchefs en voedingsspecialisten en bent dé specialist op het gebied van dieetleer, allergenen, voedselveiligheid en kwaliteit. Wat ga je doen? Bereiden van dieetmaaltijden volgens voedingsrichtlijnen en allergenenwetgeving Bewaken van kwaliteit, voedselveiligheid en correcte uitlevering Controleren van recepturen, voedingswaarden en allergenen Samenwerken met diëtisten, voedingsdeskundigen en chefs Meedenken over nieuwe gerechten en procesverbeteringen Daarnaast ben je niet alleen betrokken bij dieetmaaltijden, maar ook bij maaltijden voor onze zorglocaties. Wat neem je mee? Een afgeronde mbo-opleiding niveau 3 of 4 richting kok of werkervaring als Zelfstandig Werkend kok Ervaring binnen een dieetkeuken, foodproductie of horecaomgeving Kennis van HACCP, voedselveiligheid en FSSC 22000 Een nauwkeurige en verantwoordelijke werkhouding Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en een proactieve instelling Stressbestendigheid en flexibiliteit en een echte hands-on mentaliteit Je komt terecht in een afwisselende functie binnen een groeiende organisatie. Je werkt in een professionele en innovatieve productieomgeving waar kwaliteit en samenwerking centraal staan. Daarnaast krijg je veel verantwoordelijkheid en ruimte voor eigen initiatief.
