Wil jij als strategisch ICT-leider technologie, mensen en organisatienoden samenbrengen en zo de digitale toekomst mee vormgeven? Als diensthoofd ICT geef je leiding aan een team van 19 medewerkers en bouw je mee aan een veilige, wendbare en toekomstgerichte ICT-organisatie.

Je:

🧭 zet de strategische ICT-koers uit en vertaalt organisatiedoelstellingen naar duidelijke digitale prioriteiten;

👥 geeft richting aan een team van 19 medewerkers en creëert de ruimte om expertise en talent volop in te zetten;

🛡️ waakt over de continuïteit, veiligheid en kwaliteit van de dagelijkse ICT-dienstverlening;

🚀 kijkt vooruit naar nieuwe technologieën en digitale mogelijkheden, waaronder AI, en maakt onderbouwde keuzes over hun meerwaarde voor de organisatie;

🔗 verbindt teams, diensten, prioriteiten en middelen en houdt daarbij ook de onderlinge afhankelijkheden scherp in het oog;

💡 vertaalt complexe ICT-uitdagingen naar haalbare en toekomstgerichte oplossingen;

🤝 bouwt bruggen tussen technologie en de rest van de organisatie en zorgt ervoor dat ICT aansluit bij wat medewerkers en diensten nodig hebben.

Jouw missie? ICT niet alleen laten ondersteunen, maar actief laten meebouwen aan de toekomst van Provincie West-Vlaanderen. Zo geef je richting aan een sterke, wendbare en digitaal vooruitstrevende organisatie. 🚀
