  • Als digital project manager neem jij het voortouw bij de volledige realisatie van complexe web- en e-commerceprojecten van A tot Z.
  • Je stelt realistische projectplanningen op en verdeelt de capaciteit optimaal over het team, waardoor elk project binnen budget en op tijd oplevert.
  • Je volgt tijdsregistraties nauwgezet op en herkent risico's al in een vroeg stadium, zodat je tijdig bijsturen kunt voor het escaleert.
  • Je fungeert als het centrale aanspreekpunt voor klanten en vertaalt hun wensen naar heldere briefings voor de ontwikkelaars.
  • Je bewaakt de scope en de algemene kwaliteit, waarbij je nauw samenwerkt met technische experts om het beste resultaat neer te zetten.
  • Je overlegt regelmatig met HR en management om opleidingsnoden te detecteren en een gezonde teamdynamiek te waarborgen.

Profiel

Als ervaren digital project manager weet jij structuur te brengen in een omgeving waar technologie en klanttevredenheid samenkomen.

  • Minstens 5 jaar ervaring binnen een vergelijkbare rol bij een bureau of in een digitale omgeving vormt jouw stevige basis.
  • Collega's omschrijven jou als een empathische en benaderbare coach die oog heeft voor welzijn en een veilige werksfeer creëert.
  • Ervaring met of een sterke affiniteit met CMS-systemen zoals Drupal of Shopify geeft je direct een grote voorsprong.
  • Je beschikt over een scherp analytisch vermogen om klantvragen om te zetten in efficiënte digitale oplossingen én commerciële kansen.
  • Pragmatisch omgaan met slimme AI-tools zie jij als de ideale hefboom om je dagelijkse werk sneller en doordachter uit te voeren.
