* Sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse und Freude am Umgang mit Daten

* Eigenständige, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und hohe Umsetzungsstärke

* Kommunikationsgeschick und die Fähigkeit, technische Inhalte verständlich zu vermitteln

* Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens B2/C1)

Von Vorteil:

* Erfahrung mit SQL, Datenbanken, VBA oder Python

* Kenntnisse in BIM-, CAD- oder Projektmanagement-Systemen
