* Ganzheitliche und individuelle Pflege und Betreuung unserer Bewohner:innen nach aktuellen pflegewissenschaftlichen Standards und entsprechend unseres Pflege- und Betreuungskonzepts

* Sicherstellung der Pflegequalität und Bewohner:innensicherheit

* Förderung der Selbstständigkeit und Lebensqualität unserer Bewohner:innen entsprechend unserem Leitbild

* Multi- und interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit Ärzt:innen, Therapeut:innen und dem Pflege- und Betreuungsteam

* Anleitung von Pflegehilfskräften und Auszubildenden

Dein Profil

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Diplomierte Gesundheits- und Krankenpflegeperson oder absolviertes Bachelorstudium im Bereich Gesundheits- und Krankenpflege

* Eintragung im Gesundheitsberuferegister (GBR)

* Berufserfahrung in der Pflege von Vorteil, aber auch Berufseinsteiger sind herzlich willkommen

* Hohe Sozialkompetenz und Einfühlungsvermögen

* Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

* Selbstorganisiertes Arbeiten

* Bereitschaft zur Weiterentwicklung auf fachlicher und persönlicher Ebene

Dein Gehalt

Entlohnung nach dem SWÖ-KV Verwendungsgruppe 7b, je nach Vordienstzeiten mindestens € 3.129,61 bei 37 Wochenstunden, plus SEG- Zulage
