Für unseren Kunden, ein renommiertes Krankenhaus in Oberösterreich, suchen wir eine erfahrene Diplomierte Gesundheits- und Krankenpflegeperson (DGKP) für den Bereich Herzchirurgie.

Ihre Aufgaben:

-Professionelle Pflege und Betreuung von Patient vor und nach herzchirurgischen Eingriffen

-Überwachung und Beurteilung des Gesundheitszustandes sowie Einleitung entsprechender

pflegerischer Maßnahmen

-Fachgerechte Versorgung von Patient nach komplexen herzchirurgischen Operationen

-Durchführung und Dokumentation pflegerischer Leistungen nach aktuellen Qualitätsstandards

-Beratung und Unterstützung von Patient und Angehörigen

-Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit Ärzt, Therapeut und weiteren Berufsgruppen

-Aktive Mitwirkung an der Weiterentwicklung einer qualitativ hochwertigen Pflege

Das bringen Sie mit:

-Voraussetzung für die Position ist eine entsprechende Sonderausbildung im OP-Bereich

-Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Diplomierte Gesundheits- und Krankenpflegeperson (DGKP)

-Gültige Registrierung im Gesundheitsberuferegister

-Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Herzchirurgie ist Voraussetzung

-Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Betreuung von Patient nach herzchirurgischen Eingriffen

-Hohe fachliche Kompetenz sowie ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein

-Teamfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit und eine patientenorientierte Arbeitsweise

-Bereitschaft zu Schicht-, Nacht- und Wochenenddiensten
