The posting

Im Pflegehaus St. Louise in Maria Anzbach bieten wir stationäre Langzeitpflege, Kurzzeitpflege und Tagespflege an. Insgesamt werden 100 Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner in fünf Wohngruppen gepflegt und betreut.

Für unser Pflegehaus St. Louise suchen wir ab sofort 1 Diplomierte*r Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger*in für 30 Std./Woche.

Als wichtiger Teil unseres Teams sind Sie verantwortlich für die Pflege und Betreuung unserer Bewohner*innen. Ihr Profil sollte ein hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Einsatzbereitschaft sowie Engagement beinhalten.

Ihr Aufgabengebiet:

* Fachlich kompetente Betreuung und Pflege von Bewohner*innen entsprechend der Bestimmungen des GuKG (eigen-, mitverantwortlicher und interdisziplinärer Tätigkeitsbereich)

* Umsetzung von Pflegekonzepten und -modellen

* Umsetzung von Wohnbereichszielen auf Basis des Pflegeleitbildes und -modelles

* Feststellung der Pflegebedürfnisse und Erstellung der Pflegeplanung

* Betreuung im psychosozialen Bereich

* Einhaltung von Hygienerichtlinien

* Anleitung, Unterweisung und Begleitung des Hilfspersonals

Ihre Qualifikationen:

* Diplom der allgemeinen Gesundheits- und Krankenpflege oder ein anerkanntes ausländisches Diplom

(EWT-Anerkennung oder Nostrifikation)

* Fähigkeit zum selbständigen und verantwortungsbewussten Arbeiten

* Freude im Umgang mit pflege- und hilfsbedürftigen Menschen

* Hohe Bewohner*innen-, Team- und Serviceorientierung

* Sichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Kollegialität, Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit

* Einfühlungsvermögen im Umgang mit Angehörigen und ehrenamtlichen Mitarbeiter*innen

* Gute EDV-Anwenderkenntnisse

Das monatliche Bruttogehalt beträgt mindestens € 3.631,29 bei 39 Wochenstunden. Der Pflegezuschuss lt. EEZG für das Jahr 2025, sowie die Schmutz-, Erschwernis-, und Gefahrenzulage ist bereits inkludiert.

Ihr tatsächliches Gehalt ist abhängig von Ihrer Ausbildung, Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung.
