Das Haus Jaro bietet nicht krankenversicherten, obdachlosen Menschen eine stabile und längerfristige Unterbringung und unterstützt sie dabei, ihren Gesundheitszustand zu verbessern. Das Angebot richtet sich an gesundheitlich gefährdete Menschen, die nach (stationärer) Behandlung im Genesungsprozess ganztägige Unterbringung und medizinische Versorgung benötigen. 1 Diplomierte*r Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger*in (DGKP) Haus Jaro 20 bis 28 Wochenstunden, zum baldigen Eintritt

Deine Aufgaben:

* Medizinische Betreuung und Begleitung von wohnungslosen Menschen in ihrem poststationären Genesungsprozess

* Symptomkontrolle, Wundversorgung & Dispensieren von Medikamenten

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Ärzt*innen unterschiedlicher Fachbereiche (Allgemeinmedizin, Dermatologie, Psychiatrie)

* Beratung und Anleitung von Heimhilfen und anderem Betreuungspersonal

* Begutachtung von Patient*innen als Entscheidungsgrundlage für die Aufnahme

* Interdisziplinäre Fallarbeit in einem multiprofessionellen Team

Dein Profil:

* In Österreich anerkannte Berufsausbildung als Diplomierte*r Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger*in sowie Eintragung im Gesundheitsberuferegister

* Aufgeschlossenheit und Interesse für die Zielgruppe

* Freude an der Arbeit in einem multiprofessionellen Team

* Erfahrung in der Wundversorgung von Vorteil

* Einfühlungsvermögen und Stressresistenz

* Sprachkompetenz in den Sprachen Polnisch, Slowakisch, Ungarisch, Rumänisch, Bulgarisch oder BKS von Vorteil

Gehalt: inkl. Zulagen je nach Berufserfahrung für 20 Wochenstunden € 1.914,17 bis € 2.182,00 brutto, für 28 Wochenstunden € 2.679,90 bis € 3.054,80 brutto.
