* Sicherstellung eines qualitativ hochwertigen Beitrags zu einer optimalen Therapie nach den SeneCura-Standards und im Sinne des GuKG, unterstützt durch zentrales Qualitätsmanagement, moderne Methoden und Arbeitsmittel

* Einhaltung der medizinischen Vorgaben im Therapieablauf

* Kollegiale Zusammenarbeit in einem multiprofessionellen Team unter Einbringung der eigenen Fachexpertise und Know Hows
