Als Direct Sales Medewerker bij Hoogendoorn krijg je verantwoordelijkheid over je eigen regio en bepaal je voor een groot deel zelf hoe jij kansen in de markt benut. Je werkt vanuit warme leads en bestaande contacten. Je kiest je eigen aanpak, maar staat er zeker niet alleen voor. Je werkt nauw samen met ervaren salescollega's en Customer Succes Managers. Daarbij draait het om resultaat, zonder een interne strijd om wie de meeste deals binnenhaalt: samen bouwen jullie aan groei. Heb jij ervaring in de tuinbouw én krijg je energie van new business? Dan ligt hier een mooie commerciële stap voor jou! Als Direct Sales Medewerker richt jij je vooral op het binnenhalen van nieuwe klanten voor de digitale diensten en abonnementsoplossingen van Hoogendoorn en LetsGrow.com. Je krijgt een eigen regio waarin je actief op zoek gaat naar commerciële kansen. Je werkt voornamelijk met warme contacten en leads. Je plant afspraken in, bezoekt telers, geeft demo's en laat zien wat de oplossingen van Hoogendoorn voor hun bedrijf kunnen betekenen. Daarbij combineer je jouw kennis van de tuinbouw met een commerciële blik. Na het sluiten van een overeenkomst blijf je betrokken bij de klant. Je helpt bij een goede overdracht en onboarding en houdt contact om te horen hoe het gaat. De nadruk van jouw functie ligt echter duidelijk op new business en het binnenhalen van nieuwe klanten. Daarnaast: - Werk je nauw samen met Sales en Customer Success. - Werk je vanuit omzet- en contractwaardetargets. - Houd je ontwikkelingen bij klanten en in de tuinbouwmarkt goed in de gaten.
