Insingerschool De functie De Insingerschool zoekt een zichtbare, verbindende en onderwijskundige directeur die samen met het team de ingezette koers verder ontwikkelt en borgt. Je werkt vanuit vertrouwen, geeft ruimte én richting en stimuleert eigenaarschap, professionele ontwikkeling en samenwerking. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de onderwijskundige koers, de bedrijfsvoering en de financiële verantwoording. De ontwikkelopdracht De Insingerschool heeft een stevig pedagogisch en didactisch fundament. De komende jaren ligt de focus op doorontwikkeling en borging, met name van de doorgaande leerlijnen, sociaal-emotioneel leren, klassenmanagement, burgerschap en digitale geletterdheid. We stimuleren kinderen daarbij om verantwoordelijkheid te nemen voor zichzelf, elkaar en de wereld om hen heen. Over de Insingerschool & Stichting PCBO Baarn-Soest De Insingerschool is een protestants-christelijke basisschool in een bosrijke omgeving in Soest. De school telt 218 leerlingen, verdeeld over 9 groepen, en heeft een team van 23 betrokken en gemotiveerde medewerkers. De school werkt vanuit de kernwaarden nieuwsgierig, moedig en verbindend. Kinderen krijgen vertrouwen, verantwoordelijkheid en ruimte om zichzelf te ontwikkelen, te ontdekken, fouten te maken en verbinding aan te gaan. De school werkt vanuit gedeeld leiderschap.
