Als Directeur Belastingadvies in Rotterdam leid je het fiscale team en ben je verantwoordelijk voor de groei van de belastingadviespraktijk. Je bent een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor zowel klanten als collega's, waarbij je optreedt als sparringpartner en expert op het gebied van complexe fiscale vraagstukken. Je helpt bij het ontwikkelen van nieuwe dienstverlening, het opstellen van fiscale strategieën en het bewaken van de kwaliteit van de fiscale dienstverlening. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor de aansturing en verdere ontwikkeling van het team, waarbij je hen coacht en ondersteunt in hun professionele groei. Je hebt een scherp oog voor marktontwikkelingen en kansen en weet deze om te zetten in concrete acties en groei voor de praktijk. In deze rol werk je nauw samen met de partners van de organisatie om de fiscale dienstverlening naar een hoger niveau te tillen. Wat heb je nodig: - Afgeronde WO-opleiding in Fiscaal Recht of Fiscale Economie. - Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie, bij voorkeur in een leidinggevende rol. - Sterke commerciële vaardigheden en netwerk binnen de fiscale wereld. - Uitstekende communicatieve en coachende vaardigheden. - Visie op de toekomst van belastingadvies en innovatie in de sector. - Woonachtig in of rondom Rotterdam. Waar kun je op rekenen: - Een uitstekend salaris tussen € 8.500 en € 15.000 per maand, afhankelijk van ervaring obv loondienst.
