Wij leveren meer dan alleen een betaalbare en veilige woning; we zetten ons dagelijks in voor een schone, veilige en leefbare woonomgeving waarin onze huurders prettig kunnen wonen.Met een hecht team van 40 medewerkers beheren wij zo'n 3.000 woningen. Onze organisatie kenmerkt zich door een fijne en collegiale sfeer waar medewerkers betrokken zijn bij hun werk en bij elkaar. Onze huurders waarderen onze dienstverlening gemiddeld met een 7,2 en in de landelijke Aedes Benchmark behalen we een mooie A-score voor het huurdersoordeel. Missie en Koers: Koersplan 2026+In 2025 heeft Patrimonium samen met medewerkers, de raad van commissarissen, de Bewonersraad en externe partners de koers herijkt naar Koersplan 2026+. Waar de afgelopen jaren sterk is ingezet op grootschalige onderhouds- en verduurzamingsprojecten, verleggen we de koers nu naar het versneld toevoegen van sociale woonruimte voor de grote groep woningzoekenden in Barendrecht. Daarnaast spelen we in op de toenemende maatschappelijke complexiteit via het convenant wonen-welzijn-zorg en regionale samenwerkingsafspraken. De maatschappelijke opgave is groot, terwijl financiële middelen schaarser worden door stijgende kosten en rentes.
