Dan is dit jouw kans om betekenisvolle impact te maken. Binnen Stichting ECP | Platform voor de InformatieSamenleving is namelijk de vacature ontstaan voor een: directeur-bestuurder Wat ga je doen? ECP heeft al ruim 25 jaar een bewezen meerwaarde door haar verbindende kracht, neutrale opstelling en breed gedragen en geïmplementeerde resultaten van programma's en projecten. ECP bevindt zich op dit moment in een belangrijke fase in haar ontwikkeling: in de periode 2026-2028 werkt ECP aan een transitie gericht op het borgen van continuïteit, het professionaliseren van de governance en het toekomstbestendig maken van de organisatie, met behoud van de kernwaarden. De Directeur-Bestuurder fungeert als boegbeeld en stuurt op deze transitie. Daarbij geldt dat je niet primair technisch verantwoordelijk bent voor dagelijkse procesuitvoering, maar wel borgt dat ECP intern voldoende in samenhang is georganiseerd, zodat governance, kwaliteit en financiële beheersing op orde zijn. Je geeft leiding aan ECP als platform en vormt daarbij de spil tussen extern betekenis geven, bestuurlijke besluitvaardigheid en interne bestuurbaarheid. Verder zijn de kerntaken en verantwoordelijkheden o.a.: Strategisch leiderschap en koers - Geeft leiding aan de verdere ontwikkeling en uitvoering van de meerjarenkoers. - Vertaalt maatschappelijke en bestuurlijke vraagstukken naar een samenhangende portefeuille van programma's en samenwerkingen. - Stuurt op prioritering en samenhang: wat ECP oppakt, waarom het relevant is en welke impact nagestreef...
