WIScool ist kein klassisches LMS - wir bauen ein KI-natives Educational Operating System (EDOS) für Schulen. Wir errichten unser europäische F&E-Hauptquartier in Wien und suchen eine Technical Lead, die/der die technische Foundation unserer Plattform aufbaut. Du führst ein Squad von ca. 5 Engineer:innen und gestaltest eine Architektur mit Echtzeit-Video, KI-gestützter Pädagogik und komplexen Verwaltungsworkflows.

Als europäischer Forschungs- und Entwicklungsstandort in Wien bauen wir unser Team aus und suchen eine erfahrene Persönlichkeit mit wissenschaftlichem Hintergrund und ausgezeichnetem Netzwerk im österreichischen Bildungswesen.

Ihre Mission

Als Director of Educational Research & Institutional Partnerships übernehmen Sie eine Schlüsselrolle beim Aufbau unserer Forschungsaktivitäten und repräsentieren WIScool in der österreichischen Bildungslandschaft. Sie verbinden wissenschaftliche Exzellenz mit strategischem Netzwerkaufbau und gestalten die Entwicklung innovativer KI-gestützter Bildungslösungen aktiv mit.

Ihre Aufgaben

* Wissenschaftliche Leitung und Sicherstellung pädagogischer Qualität in Forschungsprojekten

* Mitgestaltung von Forschungsschwerpunkten in den Bereichen Learning Analytics, Adaptive Learning und KI-gestützte Lernsysteme

* Aufbau und Pflege von Kooperationen mit Schulen, Hochschulen, Forschungseinrichtungen und öffentlichen Institutionen

* Gewinnung und Betreuung von Pilotpartnern für Forschungs- und Entwicklungsprojekte

* Repräsentation des Unternehmens gegenüber Förderstellen, Behörden und Bildungseinrichtungen

* Begleitung und Dokumentation von F&E-Projekten, insbesondere im Rahmen geförderter Vorhaben

* Beratung zu bildungspolitischen, regulatorischen und datenschutzrechtlichen Fragestellungen

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossenes Doktoratsstudium (Dr. / PhD) im Bereich Bildungswissenschaften, Pädagogik oder vergleichbarer Fachrichtungen

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im österreichischen oder deutschsprachigen Bildungssektor

* Bestehendes Netzwerk zu Bildungseinrichtungen und Entscheidungsträgern

* Erfahrung in Forschungs- und Entwicklungsprojekten, idealerweise mit öffentlicher Förderung

* Strategische Denkweise sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Repräsentationsfähigkeiten

* Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Entlohnung

Für diese Position gilt gemäß IT-Kollektivvertrag ein Mindestjahresgehalt ab EUR 78.000 brutto (14 Gehälter). Eine deutliche Überzahlung ist abhängig von Qualifikation, Erfahrung und bestehendem Netzwerk vorgesehen.
