Ihr Verantwortungsbereich

* Sie übernehmen die Führung, Koordination und Einteilung des Serviceteams und sorgen für klare Abläufe und Zuständigkeiten

* Sie verantworten einen reibungslosen und effizienten Serviceablauf und koordinieren den laufenden Betrieb

* Sie betreuen mit Ihrer Expertise unsere internationalen Gäste und beraten sie kompetent bei der Speisen- und Getränkeauswahl

* Sie sind erste Ansprechperson für individuelle Gästewünsche, Fragen und Reklamationen

* Sie stellen unseren hohen Qualitäts- und Servicestandard sowie die Einhaltung aller Hygiene- und Betriebsrichtlinien sicher

* Sie unterstützen die Einarbeitung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Mitarbeitenden und geben Ihr Fachwissen aktiv weiter

* Sie koordinieren die Zusammenarbeit zwischen Service, Küche und weiteren Abteilungen

* Sie übernehmen eine aktive Gastgeberrolle und tragen durch Ihre Präsenz und Ihr Engagement zu einem besonderen Gästeerlebnis bei

Ihr Profil

* Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Gastronomie/Hotellerie und mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position

* Sie verfügen über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

* Sie zeichnen sich durch hohes Engagement, Eigeninitiative und eine ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität aus

* Sie arbeiten auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen strukturiert, lösungsorientiert und souverän

* Sie haben ein ausgeprägtes Qualitäts- und Servicebewusstsein und verstehen sich als leidenschaftlicher Gastgeber

* Sie verfügen idealerweise über Erfahrung mit dem Kassensystem Matrix und sind sicher im Umgang mit gängigen digitalen Tools im Service
