Je fungeert als sparringpartner voor opdrachtgevers, projectteams en collega's, signaleert risico's, onderbouwt technische keuzes en toetst ontwerpen aan geldende normen en klanteisen. Daarnaast draag je actief bij aan de verdere ontwikkeling van het Lijnen en Mastenteam door kennisdeling, begeleiding van minder ervaren collega's en professionalisering van werkmethodieken en ontwerpstandaarden. Belangrijkste werkzaamheden - Vertalen van klantvragen en eisen naar veilige en betrouwbare technische ontwerpen. - Opstellen, beoordelen en goedkeuren van technische specificaties, berekeningen en ontwerpdocumentatie. - Uitvoeren van complexe studies, berekeningen en analyses. - Coördineren van test- en validatieactiviteiten binnen normen en specificaties. - Adviseren over ontwerp van componenten, lijntracés, aanlegmethodieken en technische ontwerpkeuzes. - Fungeren als technisch aanspreekpunt voor opdrachtgevers, projectteams en externe partijen en toelichten van ontwerpkeuzes. - Meeschrijven aan offertes en opstellen van urenramingen voor haalbaarheidsstudies, BO- en in mindere mate DO- en UO-projecten. - Bewaken van veiligheid, kwaliteit, compliance en toepassing van relevante normen en richtlijnen. - Toetsen van maakbaarheid van ontwerpen en beheersen van technische risico's. - Begeleiden, coachen en controleren van engineers, designers en junior collega's. - Bijdragen aan ontwikkeling van standaarden, werkwijzen en opleiding van nieuwe co...
