Sobre el rol

Buscamos un/a Diseñador/a UI Senior con conocimientos de desarrollo front‑end para diseñar y evolucionar experiencias digitales útiles, intuitivas y escalables, asegurando su correcta traslación a interfaces funcionales y viables a nivel técnico.

La persona seleccionada será responsable de la definición de la interfaz visual de productos digitales a lo largo de todo el ciclo de diseño, desde la conceptualización hasta la implementación. Trabajará de forma transversal con equipos de producto, negocio y desarrollo, creando soluciones alineadas con las necesidades del usuario y los objetivos del proyecto.

Se valorará experiencia o conocimiento en fases iniciales de investigación UX (discovery).

¿Qué harás en tu día a día?

* Diseñar experiencias digitales centradas en el usuario para entornos multidispositivo. * Definir prototipos y diseños visuales de alta fidelidad. * Aplicar criterios de usabilidad, accesibilidad y diseño visual en la creación de interfaces. * Diseñar y mantener interfaces coherentes, escalables e inclusivas. * Crear, evolucionar y mantener Design Systems, tanto en diseño como en código. * Trasladar diseños a interfaces funcionales mediante componentes reutilizables, cumpliendo criterios de accesibilidad. * Colaborar estrechamente con el equipo de desarrollo para asegurar coherencia visual y viabilidad técnica. * Participar activamente en la mejora continua del producto junto a equipos de producto, negocio y tecnología.

Requisitos (Must)

* Al menos 3 años de experiencia en diseño de producto o servicio digital multidispositivo como perfil UI. * Experiencia gestionando el proceso completo de diseño de producto digital: prototipado, diseño visual y optimización. * Dominio de Figma (componentes, variables, auto‑layout y design systems). * Experiencia en creación y.
