Voor de job Dispatcher volg je dagelijks de planning, uitvoering en operationele opvolging van chauffeurs en laders op.

  • Je bewaakt de uitvoering van de geplande routes. Je stuurt de planning bij en plant niet-uitgevoerde orders of routes opnieuw in, bij voorkeur nog dezelfde dag.
  • Je plant de beschikbare resources in en stelt teams samen volgens de afgesproken capaciteit. Daarbij leg je ook de nodige documenten klaar voor de chauffeurs.
  • Je bent het dagelijkse aanspreekpunt voor chauffeurs en laders.
  • Je ziet erop toe dat de veiligheidsregels worden nageleefd.
  • Je voert controles uit op schade aan vrachtwagens, het correct afzetten van volle containers en het respecteren van rij- en rusttijden.
  • Je verzorgt de administratieve opvolging van de dagafsluit en gatekeeping. Je zoekt bonnen op, verzorgt het klassement, controleert het gebruik van de boordcomputer en bekijkt rapporteringen rond verloven, ADV en de ingegeven prestaties van chauffeurs en laders.

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

Voor deze job heb je bij voorkeur een bachelordiploma of heb je gelijkwaardige ervaring.

• Je bent een creatieve probleemoplosser en een kei in organiseren.

• Je bent vlot in het Nederlands

• Bovendien kan je vlot werken met MS Office. Kennis van SAP is een plus.

• Je kan werken in een wisselend uurrooster (shiften van 6u tot 14u30 en van 9u30 tot 18u).
