Planner (Dispatcher) - Rotterdam Vacancy Jij houdt de haven draaiende. Ook als alles tegelijk gebeurt! Als Dispatcher bij Boluda Towage zorg jij dat onze sleepboten op het juiste moment bij het zeeschip zijn. Geen standaard planningsrol, maar een functie waarin je continu schakelt, vooruitdenkt en beslissingen neemt die direct impact hebben op de operatie. Planner (Dispatcher) (Rotterdam) vacancy status your job (wat ga je doen?)) Je draait zelfstandig je dienst, maar je staat er nooit alleen voor. Je werkt in een klein team waarin iedereen zijn eigen shift runt. - Je plant en coördineert sleepboten in de Rotterdamse Haven - Je schakelt continu met kapiteins, loodsen en het havenbedrijf - Je houdt overzicht, ook als de planning elke minuut verandert - Je denkt vooruit (minimaal 6 uur), niet alleen binnen je eigen dienst - Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt bij verstoringen of calamiteiten - Je verwerkt alles netjes in het systeem zodat facturatie klopt Belangrijk om te weten: jouw planning stopt niet als jouw dienst stopt. Wat jij inzet, loopt door. En wat jouw collega start, neem jij over. Hoe ziet jouw week eruit? Dit is geen 9-tot-5 baan. Je werkt in een dynamisch rooster waarin je invalt op plekken die vrijkomen in het vaste rooster van collega's. Jij bent de vliegende keep die ervoor zorgt dat er altijd iemand op de afdeling zit.
